Magog - very rare China Dog.jpg (145017 bytes) Famous Green China Dog – Magog.    Is estimated to date back to late 1600’s and is one of a kind.  Lucy Maud wrote of these Dogs in numerous books, including “Anne of Ingleside”, “Anne of the Island”, “Anne’s House of Dreams” & “Marilla of Ingleside”.
Book case brought to PEI in 1775.jpg (183477 bytes) Senator Montgomery’s Bookcase – he brought to PEI on a sailing ship in 1776.  Original “floating” glass.   Contains many first edition Lucy Maud Montgomery Books.  Also contains a set of encyclopedias  from 1820’s.

03/31/2011 - The Owner and Curator, Lucy Maud descendant, Robert Montgomery is ready to retire and is selling the museum as a turnkey operation..
